Emms Chiropractic is currently out-of-network with most insurance plans. The office is participating with the Empire Plan. For patients with insurance other than the Empire Plan, payment is due at the time of your appointment. Depending on your individual policy, your insurance may provide out-of-network reimbursement for chiropractic services. We can provide a superbill or submit claims when applicable, but your insurance plan determines reimbursement, and the office cannot guarantee it. If you have Empire Plan coverage, please let the office know when scheduling so you can be provided with information regarding billing and your expected patient responsibility.
